Ugh - I gained HALF A POUND today!!!!! WT??????? I'm searching my memory bank - did I touch lotion? Did I touch some kid's snack to move it? I did about 45-minutes of weight training yesterday (My first time since the diet.) and took a very short 10-minute walk with the dogs (The little one is learning to walk on the leash. So we do a lot of stopping and starting. It's soooo boring.) My "cycle" seems to have ended (Which is indeed very strange - I usually have 5-SEVEn days. This was only three.)
What is going on??????? I still need to lose 10 pounds!!! : (

Could be your weight training, muscle wighs more then fat so take that wieght training into consideration. Also with just coming off the time of month could be just water... So give it a few days dont weight train not a good idea at this point. just go for your walks and stretch.....you'll get there soon....
